Our in house engineering, manufacturing and service teams can provide any type of autoclave system to suit your specific applications. Typical autoclave applications include sterilization of food and food packing, pasteurization of sea water, waste (solid and liquid) decontamination of quarantine, clinical and related wastes and composite and rubber curing. All of our autoclave systems have a modern PLC & HMI process control system with dataloging capability and an industry leading electro-mechanical safety interlock system compliant with AS4024 to prevent the autoclave door from being able to be opened when the autoclave is under pressure. We also offer optional SCADA systems for detailed mimics, advanced process variable charting, forever data logging and integration into site IT/OT systems. Our in house expertise also includes the capability to provide commissioning trials and microbiological efficacy validation and reports for submission to regulatory authorities.
Our standard autoclave packages includes the autoclave vessel with manually operate door, steam and water valves, instrumentation and valve trains, safety relief valves, vent pipes, industry leading electro-mechanical door interlock system, control system with HMI, carts or trolleys and a manual loading system.
